How is ZAKTEK Ultimate different than the dozens of other paint sealant programs?

While other programs focus only on the profit generated in the Finance Department, ZAKTEK is designed to bring the customer back to the dealership on a regular basis and to provide your dealership the tools to exceed the customer’s expectations each and every time they return.  89% of customers never return to the dealership after purchase. Of the 11% that do return, 72% will buy another vehicle from thatdealership.  It is very important that wenot only retain these customers, but that we keep them very happy.

 

What parts of the vehicle does the ZAKTEK warranty cover?

The ZAKTEK paint protection warranty covers ALL factory painted exterior surfaces of the vehicle. ZAKTEK does not cover non-painted surfaces such as chrome, glass and plastic.

 

How will a customer claim be handled?

All claims are administered by our“A” rated insurance carrier who has been in the warranty business for over 30 years.  Your customer will have atoll-free number to call and will be treated with the same level of care that you expect from your dealership staff.  

 

Will ZAK Products provide us with the training needed to apply ZAKTEKpaint protectant?

Yes, ZAK Products will not only provide your dealership the needed upfront training but will also provide unlimited training as needed.

 

What do you mean when you say UNLIMITED USE of the optional car washand polisher equipment?  Is there a catch?

The equipment package options require a minimum monthly contract commitment. Beyond this commitment there is no additional charge to the dealership and you are free to use the equipment as often as you would like.  It is not abnormal for our dealerships to wash in excess of 6,000 cars in a month.
