The Problem

Due to condensation and contaminants in fuel, a vehicles fuel system gets buildup of corrosion, dirt, and varnish.

Whenever fuel is burned, it leaves carbon deposits on every part it touches (carbon deposits are basically the ashes of fuel).

The Solution

A complete fuel system service will power flush the fuel injectors for any blockage, decarbon the throttle plate and chamber, as well as decarbon the engines valves, pistons and EGR system. (emission gas recirculation system)

Fuel Injection Service

A certified technician uses a Zak fuel injection cleaner along with a specialized tool to tap into your vehicles fuel rails to power flush the injectors removing any varnish or blockages.

Throttle Body and Chamber Service

A certified technician uses a Zak air intake cleaner to clean the throttle body and chamber of all carbon deposits. If the vehicle is equipped with an idle air control valve/motor, the technician removes and cleans it of all carbon deposits. Last, the technician lubricates all moving parts to prevent sticking throttle or corrosion.

Decarb/Emission Service

A certified technician uses Zak intake system cleaner to clean intake manifold, valves, pistons and combustion chambers of all carbon deposits. The technician feeds the cleaner through the intake manifold running it through the entire engine allowing the cleaner to penetrate carbon deposits and clean the engine. This reduces rough idling, hesitation, emissions and catalytic converter buildup.
